Pressure Cleaning
Melbourne Experienced Pressure Cleaners
Driveways, paths, decking and house exteriors, cleaned with the pressure and technique each surface can actually handle, not just the highest setting on the machine.

The right pressure for the surface
Full pressure isn't always the right answer
Too much pressure strips paint, erodes old mortar and splinters soft timber. We match the setting to what the surface can actually take.
Soft wash
Render, weatherboard and painted surfaces, low pressure with the right detergent to lift grime without stripping paint.
Medium pressure
Decking and brickwork, enough to clean between the grain and the mortar joints without wearing them away.
High pressure
Concrete driveways and paving, built to take full pressure and strip years of grime back to the original surface.
What's included
Assessed first, then cleaned properly
Surface assessed before we start
Material, condition and age checked, so the pressure and technique actually suit what's there.
Edges and corners done properly
Not just the open middle, the edges against fences, garden beds and walls are cleaned to the same standard.
Water directed away from garden beds
Runoff managed so it doesn't pool in garden beds or wash straight into the stormwater drain.
Site left as we found it
Furniture and pot plants moved back, no puddles or debris left behind.
Where we clean
Everywhere grime actually builds up
Worth knowing
Is pressure washing necessary?
A driveway or path left alone just keeps quietly collecting grime and moss, a bit more each season. It is not causing any harm, it just gets easier to notice over time. Once moss gets a foothold in the cracks and joints, it holds onto moisture and can make the surface slippery when it rains, which is usually the reason people finally get around to it.

The detail
Back to the surface underneath
Years of grime lifted right back to the original concrete, timber or render, not just knocked back a shade.

FAQ
Questions we actually get asked
Not when it's set up right. Painted and rendered surfaces get a soft wash at low pressure, full pressure is reserved for concrete and paving that can handle it.
Once a year for most driveways, more often under trees or in shaded spots where moss and mould build up faster.
Where needed, yes, and we direct runoff away from garden beds and use products safe for plants and pets once dry.
Fresh stains usually lift well, older set-in stains can lighten significantly but may not disappear completely.
Most surfaces are dry within a few hours, we'll let you know before we leave if yours needs longer.
